How long will my order take to ship?
Preparation time and time in transit are separate. Delivery estimates depend on the work, the delivery method and the destination; see the artwork's product page for details. For courier shipments, we send tracking details after dispatch. Hand delivery is arranged directly. Contact us if you need to discuss a delivery date or an order that has not arrived.
Shipping is free for Originals and Limited Editions to our available delivery areas in 17 European countries. Originals and framed Limited Editions can be delivered by hand in Belgium and Luxembourg where arranged. Limited Editions in tubes are normally sent by courier. Any local hand-delivery option is confirmed when you order. Other products and destinations may carry delivery charges, including in mixed orders. Where do you ship?
Delivery options and charges for your address are confirmed at checkout, or in your agreed quote when you order an Original through an inquiry. Free shipping for Originals and Limited Editions applies in the eligible areas listed in our Shipping and delivery policy. Contact us if your address is not available at checkout.
Can I change the contents of my order?
Alterations to your order are possible within 24 hours of placement. Please reach out to our customer support team for prompt assistance.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your order, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with the carrier and agree the next steps in line with your rights. A delivery scan alone does not establish that you received the goods. We do not make a police report or a successful insurance claim a condition of your consumer rights.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your purchase. Originals and Limited Editions are covered by our 14-day artwork returns policy, subject to its conditions and applicable exceptions.
