Free shipping on Originals, Limited Editions and the six launch Open Edition prints
Shipping is free for Originals, Limited Editions and these Open Edition prints: Barcelona Part 1, Broken Heart, Campfire, Leave Part 1, Magritte (Homage), Oil & Fire, delivered to our available delivery areas in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
Products outside these eligible categories retain their applicable delivery charges, including when ordered together with an eligible artwork. Shipping to other destinations may carry a charge. The delivery options and charges for your address are confirmed at checkout, or in your agreed quote when you order an Original through an inquiry. If your address is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering.
How your artwork reaches you
Originals and framed Limited Editions can be delivered by hand in Belgium and Luxembourg where arranged. Limited Editions in tubes are normally sent by courier. Any local hand-delivery option is confirmed when you order. For other destinations, the available delivery method is confirmed when you order. See the artwork's product page for its delivery and preparation details.
Preparation time and time in transit are separate. Delivery estimates depend on the work, the delivery method and the destination. For courier shipments, we send tracking details after dispatch. Hand delivery is arranged directly. Contact us if you need to discuss a delivery date or an order that has not arrived.
Taxes and customs
Free shipping covers the delivery charge for eligible artworks. It does not remove any taxes, customs duties or import charges that otherwise apply. Checkout, or your agreed quote, confirms the price and taxes collected by us before payment. Any charges collected separately on import are not part of this shipping benefit.
Delivery problems and returns
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us. If a shipment appears lost, send us your order number so we can investigate. Our Returns & refunds policy explains returns, damage remedies and return shipping. Free shipping does not limit your statutory rights.
