Refund policy
Receiving your order
To return anything, you will need the original packaging, so SAVE the packaging your product arrived in. This is extremely important! Your return may be denied or discounted if you fail to provide the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Despite our best efforts, shipping delicate products include risks. Our original and limited edition products, including all original artwork, are insured for transport, as long as both we and you deal with any damage diligently so that the insurance can accept the claim.
To do this, please inspect the package upon reception, take pictures if relevant, and contact us immediately.
In case of receiving the wrong item or a defective product of any kind, please contact us and we will work with you to find a proper solution.
General return policy
Notwithstanding our policies for original and Limited Edition artwork and the particular items that cannot be returned, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your order for any reason.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@hearts-colors.com. We will evaluate your claim and help you proceed from there.

Returning Original and Limited Edition artwork
Due to the particular circumstances of a unique original work of art, you have 3 days to decide whether you will keep the artwork or return it.
Step1 is to request a return, either through our shop or by email at returns@hearts-colors.org.
Step 2: Once approved, you will have 3 days to either ship it, or return it in person.
Anything happening outside of this process or these time windows will not be refunded.
You refund will be issued through your original payment method only.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food products), custom products (such as special orders or commissioned items) as well as returns on sale items or gift cards, which are final at the point of sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
