Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, delivery times can vary based on your location and the specific item ordered. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Original artwork ships with free in-house delivery throughout Belgium and Luxembourg. For European and US destinations, shipping is arranged with professional art couriers — contact us for details and a quote.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Belgium, across Europe, and to the United States. Prints and accessories are produced locally — in Europe or in the US depending on your location — and shipped directly to you. Original artwork ships from Sam’s workshop in Belgium with professional care.

Can I change the contents of my order?

Alterations to your order are possible within 24 hours of placement. Please reach out to our customer support team for prompt assistance.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

If your order appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we’ll investigate the issue. In cases where the package was marked as delivered but is missing, it may be considered stolen. While we don’t directly replace stolen items, we recommend you file a police report and contact your home insurance for possible coverage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Original artwork is sold as-is and is not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.
