About Hearts & Colors
Hearts & Colors is an art company built around a single idea: that love, made visible, can change how we treat each other.
We sell the original work of the artist Sam Grudge — paintings, limited and open-edition prints, and objects that carry his designs. Every one of them carries a heart. Not as decoration, but as a message: be gentle until gentleness feels normal again.
Why hearts
Because nothing else says I see you, I feel you quite as instantly.
To us, every heart beats for three things a hard world too often starves for: kindness, compassion, and empathy. We believe a culture that reflexively cares for its own can heal what no prescription can reach. So our remedy is visual — to fill streets, screens, and homes with reminders to be kind, until kindness feels ordinary again.

Our vision is a heart from Sam in every home in the world: an everyday reminder that we are all better when we love, care for, and respect one another.

What's coming
As Hearts & Colors grows commercially, we intend to establish a foundation dedicated to protecting and advancing this non-profit purpose: safeguarding the heart as a symbol of kindness and carrying the mission further than any single studio could. It is an intention we are building toward, openly and in good faith.
We also hope to widen the circle — to welcome fellow travelers (artists, makers, curators, partners) who want to carry this forward with us, into studios and galleries around the world.
