So I went into my workshop and worked out a solution: a case that is both solid enough to endure transport and attractive enough that you will want to keep it.
After building the frame, I designed and 3D-printed heart-shaped corners — because it wouldn't be a Sam Grudge product if it didn't feature hearts. I then found a cover in a color that feels like my work, with a texture reminiscent of the most expensive handbags.
I present to you the Hearts & Colors shipping crate, completed this week and already put to good use to ship "Distress" to its new home in Washington, DC.
Come visit the shop at https://shop.hearts-colors.com to see original art and exclusive prints we’re releasing now.
