This one was made with love — pure and simple. Gontran turned 25, and I wanted to give him something that felt alive, something that burned a little. I let the canvas go wild with hot pinks, screaming yellows, and molten oranges — all layered fast, gestural, unapologetic. And then, right in the middle of all that fire, I planted a black heart. Thick, glossy, impasto-heavy. It doesn't shrink from the chaos around it — it anchors it.
