Fire Power is part of an ongoing exploration I keep coming back to — what happens when you push a symbol until it transforms. Flower Power was always about defiance dressed up in petals. I took that energy and turned up the heat. The flower isn't gentle here; it burns. The heart is still there, as it always is, but this time it's feeding the flame rather than calming it. This piece lives in the Studies collection because it started as a question — can something as soft as a flower carry raw, unapologetic force? I think it can. I think it does.
