There are paintings that arrive before the words do. Atmospherique pt.1 is one of those. I let the brush move across the canvas in a long diagonal sweep — deep cobalt giving way to a warm, sunlit gold — and somewhere in that transition, the heart appeared. Not placed. Found. A white outline, clean and certain, holding its ground right at the intersection of sky and sun, cool and warm, night and morning. I didn't plan it. I just followed the atmosphere. And I think that's exactly the point — love doesn't always announce itself. Sometimes it simply shows up in the space between.
