This one is personal. My eldest daughter spread her wings and flew — and every single day since, there's been a space in the room that only she fills. I painted this heart with wings not as a symbol of loss, but as a declaration of love in motion. The white is pure and full, the heart unmistakably present, but those feathers tell the whole story — something beautiful is in flight. The warm amber and the soft sage green split the world in two: the brightness of where she came from, the gentle newness of where she's going. '2026' marks the year ahead, a quiet wish more than a timestamp. Fly, my love. Fly.
