There's something about the last hours of a year that feels like standing at the edge of everything — and that's exactly where I placed Leif. He showed up at the corner of this canvas like he always does, quiet and steady, red hat and all, watching a heart rise over the water like a second sun. The sky burns through every color it knows: navy to magenta to red to orange to that electric core of white and gold where the heart glows. I wrote 2025 up there in the sky not as a countdown but as a declaration. Whatever comes next, love is already on the horizon. Leif sees it. So do I.
